Finding our poetic nature- being together in relations is an experiential movement space, where Katarina wants to share a practice that unites elements from butoh dance, poetic movements and nature related cosmologies. Through improvisations, restorative movements and observations, we will explore being present within ourselves, but also together in the moment. We will make room for listening very specifically. Through the art of dance, we relate to the body as nature and the natural world. Katarina asks the question; how can our dance artistic experiences and practices give us a greater perspective and relationships to a more than human world and to the living world? Finding our poetic nature - being together in relations wants to create a space for movement exploration, community and open bodily questions. The class ends with some warming tea and dialogue.
