PRAXIS Oslo offers monthly residencies August through December 2025. Send in your application by 7.07.2025 before midnight.

The residency program is open for all professional artists working within contemporary dance. We invite proposals for performance projects or research or artistic practice development.

Regular residencies include 25 hours of free workspace in PRAXIS Oslo’s 83 sqm studio space at Hausmania, ending with an open sharing on the last day. The sharing can be, for example, a work-in-progress sharing, open rehearsal, demo performance, workshop or talk depending on the format of the project. Fees, accommodation or travel costs are not included in the residency.

All residency artists will receive a free PRAXIS clipcard which allows them to attend PRAXIS morning classes through the semester of their residency.
