About the event

PRAXIS Praksis is a 3 day long 'morning sharing' where we have invited several dance artists who will hold a space in which they share their ways into dancing; this can be through their daily routine, a choreographic practice, or other approaches into moving that have inspired them.

The classes are 1.5 or 2 hours long starting at 09:30.

Each class is 50kr.

At KADI Studio

Doorbell 204 (Kadi Fever Dance).

2. Floor.

DESCRIPTION

These classes invite participants into a dance between movement and materials.  Integrating somatic practices, poetic imagery and improvisation, we will make, wear, move and be guided by material forms and "Somatic Costumes".  How can the materials' touch act as a "portal of perception"?  How can it transform our movement habits -bringing us into heightened states of awareness and subtle yet wild dancing?
