DESCRIPTION:
Undersøkelser.
Hvordan går det?
And I answer without being aware of how I actually walk. How do I balance out / relate to the situation? That which entails an inquiry / an interest in one or more directions, levels of effort and not to mention the body, gravity, and the base. What is expressed in me, for me and through me?
Balance. A continuous exchange within me between will, bodily matter, gravity and the base.
Functionality, - support, - transmission of power, - transmission of weight / shift - propulsion – flexibility / elasticity – contracting / releasing - charge / discharge
This has become an ongoing project where on a daily basis (for the last 2-3 years) I continuously try to come in contact with what it implies to tune in on daring to take the first step for the first time. What can come out of exposing oneself to not being able to walk despite the fact that I have a lot of experience with it, that I always walk in and out of something unknown.
Again and again I have to start by getting in contact with myself in the laying down and from there ask the substrate to build myself from, coming in contact with transmission of power to the moment of upright potential, to stand and then to take the fist step.
It is exciting for me to share this wondering and exploration with several in physical sensing work.
Welcome
Hilsen
Ingunn
