PRAXIS offers an urban sanctuary session to help save Hausmania.

We’ll work for 2 hours hands on, connecting to our senses while finding closure for the year. Praxis artists will guide the session. Get ready for breathing, feeling, calming, returning to the senses.

Bring yoga mat or blanket to lie on. Wear lose but warm clothes. Bring an extra blanket. Or whatever will keep you warm when lying still.

You can come alone, but it’s recommended to bring a friend who you would like to work with.

200 NOK/person. Money will go directly to Hausmania fundraiser.
