About the event

PRAXIS Movement is a physical class series that offers different experiential approaches to embodiment, movement and consciousness to support our dancing bodies and dance-making. Otto Ramstad will teach Material for the Spine Tuesday to Thursday 28.-30.3. from 9:30-11:30.

Each class is 50kr.

At KADI Studio Doorbell 204 (Kadi Fever Dance). 2. Floor.

DESCRIPTION

This class will work with articulations between fingers and shoulder blades and toes and pelvis to play with freeing our spines. It will draw from Body-Mind Centering and Steve Paxton’s Material for the Spine. We will play with simple “yoga like” explorations and improvisations.

Note: the class series will develop. It’s ok to show up to just the first class of the series, but after that it may be difficult to join in.
