Ida Haugen is a dancer and choreographer based in Oslo. She explores the physical, sensuous, and conceptual aspects of performing arts, and since 2014 has worked both on her own projects and in collaboration with various choreographers. She is educated at the Oslo National Academy of the Arts with a bachelor’s degree in contemporary dance.

In my morning classes I would like to share material from the solo performance Rose Water, which was presented at Black Box teater in the autumn of 2025. For this work, I have developed various choreographic scores and methods that I would like to invite you into. We will work with a bodily and physical approach to the material, with space to explore our own potentials along the way.
