We welcome you to a space-time for movement exploration through the practice of Contact Improvisation. This exploration will be at times unstructured and, at times, will follow a certain structure or score, or even welcome participation from another discipline – all details will be announced in advance. In any case, the guiding principle remains the improvisational aspect of the practice.

We are guided by the principles of consensus, mutual respect, and a shared commitment to creating a safe and inclusive space for all participants.
