About the class: Klein  Technique™ is a slow-paced movement education and re-education, that can be an underpinning for all movement styles, improvisations,  athletics, and for the general health of the body in everyday movement. Klein Technique™ works at the level of the bones, to align the bones using the muscles of deep postural support.

The classes are all drop-in, so it is absolutely possible to come only once to try it out.

The classes are suitable for all bodies and all levels of movement experience.

Wether you feel healthy or injured, have physical pain somewhere, or feel in great shape - you are more than welcome to class! Each individual will be careful supervised so they can work at their own level and pace.

Ordinary price: NOK 200 for 1 class NOK 350 for 2 classes NOK 450 for 3 classes

Discounted price: (students, self-employed without fixed income, unemployed/jobseekers): NOK 130 for 1 class NOK 240 for 2 classes NOK 300 for 3 classes
