The work is suitable for all bodies and all levels of movement experience. Whether you feel healthy or injured, are experiencing physical pain somewhere or feel in great in shape - you are more than welcome to join class!
Each individual will be carefully supervised so they can work at their own level and pace.

TEACHER:
Amy Pender is a Norwegian dance artist and Klein Technique™ teacher based in Drøbak and Oslo (Norway).
She has a BA of Modern Theatre dance at Amsterdam University of the Arts, and has since her graduation in 2014, been working around Europe with choreographers and companies such as Bodytalk (DE), David Zambrano (BE), Spitfire dance company (CZ), Monica Münoz (IR), Martijn Joling (NO) and Hagit Yakira.
Since she started practising Klein Technique™ in 2013, the work has grown to be a large part of her practice as a dance artist.
After several years of living in Berlin and having the chance to practice the work with teacher Hanna Hegescheidt on an almost daily basis, she in 2019, decided to move back to Norway and was at the same time accepted as a student of the Klein Technique™ Teacher Cerification Programme. After 4 years in the programme led by Susan Klein, she graduated as Norway´s first teacher of the work in June 2023.
