As we enter the jam, we enter the agreement that none of us knows what will happen. A Yes to the sun and the rain of creative chaos. During this time, emergence is our practice.

We will meet in the neighbouring Vega cafe 18.45 and walk up together. We start and end in a circle.

Contact Improvisation is an enjoyable play. It develops our awareness of space, body and composition. We meet our skills, limitations and potential as we grow our physicality, responsiveness and improvisational skills.
