PRAXIS Praxis is our morning class, which provides a dynamic learning environment to support mindful curiosity and physical intelligence in movement research. Each 4 weeks you will have the opportunity to study with a different experienced dance artist. Our winter line up includes Aud Aasbo, Sally Dean, Martijn Joling, and Otto Ramstad.

The somatic approach of Body-Mind Centering® utilizes movement, touch, voice and mind to explore anatomical, physiological, psychophysical and developmental awareness of our self and others.
